Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of technical support for all AV and IT systems
  • Testing and deployment of new technology and firmware versions
  • Raising and resolving issues on IT Service Management system
  • Managing digital signage, phone line and mailbox to resolve user issues
  • Providing access and training users on Appspace globally
  • Registration and inventory management of BrightSign players
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Appspace issues with Appspace directly
  • Managing AV Support mailbox and phone line
  • Scheduling technicians to attend support requests
  • Education and informing clients on current AV booking, WebEx, Zoom, TP procedures
  • Remotely troubleshooting issues within EMEA meeting rooms and supporting ad hoc requests
  • Meeting room support within all meeting rooms located in London
  • Granting onsite access to external visitors for London, Bromley, Camberley and Chester offices
  • Live troubleshooting telepresence/WebEx escalations where issues have impacted meetings - EMEA
  • Stock control and justification for consumables sign off
  • Ad-hoc requests for assistance with spot checking TP meetings, ensuring WebEx/Zoom SIPs have been linked correctly on TMS
  • Updating documents on BAU SharePoint to keep items relevant
  • Updating site meeting room guides within London, Bromley, Chester, Dublin, Paris and Frankfurt
