About the Role

As a Digital Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused experiences for our customers, leveraging digital tools and social media platforms to maximize business opportunities.

You will be expected to:

  • Follow our digital process with every customer, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Make full use of digital tools such as Cit-Now, MBUK Video, and social media platforms to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Deliver class-leading customer satisfaction, aligning with the Mercedes-Benz brand and Inchcape metrics.
  • Complete and adhere to all required compliance and legislative requirements, including FCA, Data Protection, and Trading Standards.
  • Act with honesty and integrity, handling customer queries and challenges with confidence and professionalism.
  • Proactively manage digital leads, prospect the customer database, and generate new opportunities for the business.
  • Develop leads to complete vehicle sales online or arrange appointments for Sales Executives.
  • Contact live finance customers at regular intervals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently follow the retention process to retain customers and generate retention appointments for Sales Executives.
  • Utilize email, web apps, and digital avenues to maximize business opportunities.
  • Meticulously log all activity for reporting and analytics.

  • Customer experience skills, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.
  • Experience in administration or customer service.

  • Excellent listening skills, with a personable and adaptable approach.
  • Logical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
