We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team at Connells Group UK. As a key member of our Group Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering show-stopping creative work, content, and campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage marketing email inboxes and job requests to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Review and provide guidance on Branch Profile requests for website content, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
- Utilize various marketing mediums to demonstrate your understanding and experience in creating effective marketing campaigns.
- Support the Marketing Team in maintaining momentum on projects and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer, understanding customer needs and ensuring the right communication methods are used.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new and innovative marketing ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to a first-class standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure projects meet internal compliance requirements and regulatory standards, including Trading Standards and ASA.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of marketing principles and their practical implementation, including campaign measurement and evaluation.
- A degree in Marketing or a related discipline (CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative, diplomatic, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Professional and confident, with proofreading skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Knowledge of design and/or print processes an advantage.
- Able to pick things up quickly and work on own initiative.
- Skilled in a range of IT packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Acrobat.
- Appreciation of the importance of advertising standards, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
- Genuine interest in property and the property market.
