Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Urban Sleep is a leading property management company based in Liverpool, with a portfolio of over 2000 new homes across the North West. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join our PRS team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client enquiries and manage listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize client engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies and generate reports for the Managing Director.
  • Manage calendars efficiently and arrange property viewings to meet client needs.
  • Attend viewings, engage with clients, and effectively close sales.
  • Implement strategies to ensure properties maintain a 100% occupancy rate.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales activities, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review.
Requirements:
  • Experience in estate agency or rental apartments sales.
  • Business development, customer service, and sales experience in a customer-facing, B2C role.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Commercial acumen and good sales track record.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
