**Job Opportunity at Norfolk County Council**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Team Manager – Maternity Cover in our Residential Children's Homes. This is a temporary contract covering maternity/paternity/adoption leave, working full-time 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide effective management and leadership to the team, ensuring that appropriate consultation and advice is given, enabling services to be provided to the department's high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the staff team in providing residential care in accordance with legislation, departmental policies, and procedures.
  • Provide management and leadership to the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • Background in residential care or experience working with children.
  • Significant post-qualification experience related to the role.
  • Qualifications to support the role.

**Salary:** £42,463 - £46,732 per annum (Grade K) plus on-call payments.
