Building Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor.
Process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub-contractor.
Create sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.

Requirements:

Degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
A keen interest in construction and a commitment to teamwork.
Ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
IT literate and ability to adapt to new systems.
