Building Surveyor

Cityscape is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor. You will also process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub-contractor.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to work with our team. You will be responsible for creating sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.

• Prepare draft budgets and site start budgets for each project assigned to the Quantity Surveyor.
  
• Process sub-contract payments and final accounts, ensuring they are signed off by the sub-contractor.
  
• Create sub-contract orders, ensuring they are authorized by the designated representative and include all necessary documentation to comply with Group Commercial Policy.
  
• Perform a similar role within the construction industry.
  
• Current CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
  
• A keen interest in construction.
