About the Role:

As a Winder at ERIKS, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by utilizing your experience and skills in electrical motor winding. Your expertise will be applied in various areas, including testing, burnout techniques, detailing, rewinding, and impregnation methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing of AC/DC electrical motor winding
  • Correct use of burnout techniques
  • Detailing of AC/DC motor windings
  • Rewinding of same
  • Connection and testing of windings
  • Impregnation and stoving methods
  • Use of specialist tools
  • Assistance with other key tasks within the workshop
About You:
  • Driving license
  • Formal training or qualification in winding within a motor environment
  • Experience of both AC and DC winding, although just AC would be considered
  • Confident in carrying out fitting tasks as well as winding
  • Safety of you and your colleagues is your priority above all others
  • Work well in a team
  • Can work on your own under your own initiative
