About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Winder to join our team at ERIKS, a leading Specialized Industrial Service Provider. As a Winder, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers in various areas, including testing, burnout techniques, detailing, and rewinding of AC/DC electrical motor windings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing of AC/DC electrical motor winding
  • Correct use of burnout techniques
  • Detailing of AC/DC motor windings
  • Rewinding of same
  • Connection and testing of windings
  • Impregnation and stoving methods
  • Use of specialist tools
  • Assistance with other key tasks within the workshop
About You:
  • Driving license
  • Formal training or qualification in winding within a motor environment
  • Experience of both AC and DC winding, although just AC would be considered
  • Confident in carrying out fitting tasks as well as winding
  • Safety of you and your colleagues is your priority above all others
  • Work well in a team
  • Can work on your own under your own initiative
