As Executive Director, you will collaborate with community leaders, schools, non-profits, and investors to make a significant impact on foster care and intergenerational poverty in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to advance our mission in Philadelphia
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, schools, and non-profit partners
  • Lead fundraising efforts with major donors, corporate leaders, foundations, and the community
  • Advocate for children and families facing life's greatest challenges

Requirements:
