Regional HSEQ Manager

**About the Role**
An established Regional Main Contractor in Suffolk is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their construction management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of H&S Advisors, coordinating and managing policy and processes for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters, and implementing, delivering, managing and continuously improving Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
Job Summary: This role offers a rarely seen management position in a successful local business, requiring a stable career history working in Health and Safety for a Main Contractor.
Salary: c£62,500 - £67,500 + package inc car allowance, pension, bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and delivery of Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems
- Lead a small team of H&S Advisors
- Manage external business accreditations
- Chair quarterly HSEQ meetings
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in H&S or quality management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Training within Health and Safety and/or Risk/Quality Assessment
- Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NVQ, NEBOSH or equivalent)
