About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to expand our services in the construction and facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Safety, Environment and Quality and maintaining close working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing effective Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures across multiple projects.
  • Leading a team of HSEQ Advisors, providing guidance, training, and operational support to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including governance of legal requirements and delivering internal audit programs.
  • Collaborating with Operations Performance teams and central functions to drive consistent HSEQ practices and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of Health & Safety expertise, preferably within the construction or facilities management sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading HSQE teams, driving performance improvement, and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards, such as NEBOSH or Level 6 equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from front-line staff to senior management.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and diverse project environments.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary ranging between £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
