Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Design Engineer to join our team at AVD Appoint. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading all new product development activities from concept to manufacture.

In this role, you will mentor a team of Product Design Engineers and serve as the technical expert for all new projects. You will also manage projects from inception to completion, including consultation meetings with clients to discuss design briefs and provide project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all NPD activities for a range of high-quality products
  • Mentor a team of 4 Product Design Engineers
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Consult with clients to discuss design briefs and provide project updates

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Design Engineer or similar
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or managing other Design Engineers
  • Experience designing CNC Machined components
  • Solidworks
  • Experience managing projects
