Lead Product Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Design Engineer to join our team at AVD Appoint. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading all new product development activities from concept to manufacture.

As a technical expert, you will mentor a team of Product Design Engineers and manage projects from inception to completion. This includes consultation meetings with clients to discuss design briefs and providing project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all NPD activities for a range of high-quality products
  • Mentor a team of Product Design Engineers
  • Manage projects from concept to manufacture
  • Consult with clients on design briefs
  • Provide project updates

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Design Engineer or similar
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or managing other Design Engineers
  • Experience designing CNC Machined components
  • Solidworks proficiency
  • Project management experience
