About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Bristol schools.

This role involves working with students aged 4-19 years with diverse special needs, including medical, physical, social, emotional, and moderate learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to students' requirements and help students develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Support students with individualized plans to achieve academic and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Vision for Education prioritizes safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All staff undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks, and hold or are willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range is £300 to £450 per week, dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.

Daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system.

Pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period).
