About the Role
Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team in Plymouth. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the finances of the club, ensuring accurate accounting for all transactions, and adhering to gambling regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and welcome customers at the Cash Desk, providing exceptional service and support.
- Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with the cash desk and wider casino team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Comply with all company procedures and regulations, including the Gambling Act and its regulations.
- Recommend our loyalty program to customers, promoting customer retention and loyalty.
- Support with cash and asset counts, maintaining accurate records and accounts.
- Report to the Head Cashier, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial transactions.
