The Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users, building strong and positive relationships, and supporting them to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for providing tailored support, promoting independence, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care. Key Responsibilities

* Provide support and care to adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues
* Build strong and positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Support service users to access community resources and activities
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and outcomes

Requirements

* Previous experience working with adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving license (desirable)
