We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Apprentice to join our team at Medigold Health Consultancy Limited. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a customer-facing environment, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving first-line complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records. They will also be part of a dynamic team, working closely with internal departments and external providers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary:

£25,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
