Programme Overview

We collaborate with our clients to help them address their most complex and pressing challenges. Our team provides businesses with the confidence they need by optimising how they manage risk, automating controls, or operating their Risk and Compliance functions.

Risk Consulting stays at the forefront of technology by developing and utilising cutting-edge solutions that enable delivery of our services to clients. We work closely with our Internal Innovation Hub to develop bespoke solutions for our clients and also collaborate with Global teams to develop and roll out proprietary tools that drive automation and efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of our client's businesses, their strengths and opportunities for improvements.
  • Taking ownership of testing and reviewing the effectiveness of key financial and operational controls and business processes.
  • Communicating the impact of results and recommendations for improvement directly with clients.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables, maintaining regular contact with seniors, managers and team members.
  • Staying informed of general business and economic developments and understanding their impact on the client.

Requirements

We operate an open-access policy, meaning we don't screen out applications based solely on academic performance. To be eligible to apply, you'll need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you don't hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent).

Compensation Package

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a comprehensive package designed to attract top talent and provide a great starting point for your career in Strategic Risk Management.
