About the Role

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Cardiologist to join our expanding team. As a key member of our department, you will provide a comprehensive general Cardiology service to our patients and contribute to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with a range of cardiac conditions
  • Develop and implement new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students and junior doctors

Requirements

  • MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
  • MRCP UK or equivalent
  • Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register at time of application
  • Depth and breadth of clinical experience in Cardiology and General Medicine
  • A special interest that will complement those existing in the department
