About the Role
The Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiologist Consultant to join our expanding team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive general Cardiology service to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients with cardiac conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the development of our Cardiology service, including the development of new sub-specialties
- Participate in teaching and training of medical students and doctors in training
Requirements
- MBChB or equivalent medical degree
- MRCP UK or equivalent qualification
- Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register at time of application
- Depth and breadth of clinical experience in Cardiology and General Medicine
- A special interest that will complement those existing in the department
