We are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a senior solicitor, gaining exposure to high-quality work and outstanding training and support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor who is passionate about career progression. You will assist on more complex cases and be expected to undertake all aspects of clinical negligence claims on your own files, from initial case planning through investigation and obtaining evidence, the pre-action protocol, issuing and serving of proceedings, and litigation all the way to trial where necessary.
