About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team at J Matthews Legal. As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial and business matters
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential legal risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with approximately 1-4 years' PQE
