Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at J Matthews Legal.

About the Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply agreements and procurement matters.
  • Work closely with our business teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support our business growth.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to negotiate and manage contracts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified lawyer with approximately 1-4 years' PQE.
  • Experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract negotiation and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
