Based in Grangemouth, Scotland, this position promises a stimulating work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee all commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring contract margins are met while delivering efficient service.

  • Administer subcontract payment certificates and cost value reconciliations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all contractual notices using Unifier software to effectively manage the NEC4 Contract.
  • Monitor subcontract costs, labour allocation, and material purchases to ensure alignment with tender allowances and contract margins.
  • Implement risk management techniques to mitigate potential cost overruns and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Keep the Framework Key Account Manager and Commercial Manager informed of any cost overruns or risks to project delivery.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying is required.
