Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of project managers to deliver Nuclear projects
* Develop and implement project plans, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Review and approve project progress reports
* Negotiate with clients to secure project variations
* Coach and mentor project team members
* Identify business development opportunities in the Nuclear sector

Requirements:

* Strong background in a Lead or Senior Project Management role
* Demonstrable technical background with knowledge of rotating equipment
* Strong leadership skills
* Qualified to a minimum HNC Level within a relevant engineering discipline
* Strong commercial knowledge
* Prince 2 or similar qualification preferred
* Valid passport and willingness to travel
