About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to join our team at Manpower RPO - Babcock. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our systems and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of reliability, maintainability, and availability analysis of systems and assets within the submarine enterprise.
  • Generate claims and arguments for Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) performance predictions and substantiate these with evidence in accordance with standards and processes.

As a Senior Reliability and Maintainability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge of R&M and support training and development opportunities within the wider team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in reliability modeling techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis, Reliability Block Diagrams, and Markov Modeling.
  • Experience of leading teams to deliver technical analysis.
