As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize sales results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales efforts.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement changes to optimize sales results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working a mix of weekends and weekdays, with a rota-dependent schedule.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, plus a bonus scheme with an OTE of £55k-£60k, plus other company incentives and benefits.
