About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Lift Repair Engineer to join our Service department in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out minor and major repairs to lifts, ensuring timely and safe completion
  • Planning jobs to optimize parts availability and budget
  • Supervising and developing a Repairs Mate
  • Delivering accurate and timely paperwork, managing time on site, and liaising with the office-based team
  • Building strong customer relationships, providing updates, and offering feedback as required
