Job Title: Lift Repair Specialist

About the Role:

Orona, a leading provider of lift solutions, is seeking an experienced Lift Repair Specialist to join our Service department in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for carrying out minor and major repairs to lifts, ensuring that parts are available and repairs are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out minor and major repairs to lifts
  • Plan jobs to ensure that parts are available and repairs are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Supervise and develop a Repairs Mate
  • Deliver accurate and timely paperwork, manage your time on site, and liaise regularly with the office-based team to ensure repair parts are available as required
  • Build excellent customer relationships, provide updates to clients as required, and provide feedback on progress as required
