Job Summary:

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor / Site Manager to manage a 6-week Highways contract in Paignton. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of contractors and ensuring the successful completion of a 278 Section of works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of contractors on a live site with high traffic volume
  • Liaise with members of the public and ensure their safety
  • Oversee the completion of minor civil remedial, street lighting remedial, large carriageway and footway re-surfacing, including anti-skid and lining
  • Manage highway drainage remedial works
  • Ensure compliance with SMSTS, NRSWA, and CSCS regulations
  • Previous experience with Highways and a valid SMSTS, NRSWA, and CSCS are essential
