We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to fill a vital role in support of a key Defence Nuclear Sector Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the client with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with daily portfolio support to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review lessons learned to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure all procedures align with client standards.
  • Support enabling programs like Digital, OCP, and Nuclear Baseline.
  • Lead a culture of openness and teamwork across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to share resources and create synergies across client programs.
  • Bring in external expertise to enhance portfolio management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for resource performance, quality, and personnel issues.
  • Represent the consultant in managing contracts, communications, and risk with the client.

This role requires a strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure the successful delivery of the client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, project management expertise, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project management, including how various elements integrate and contribute to overall success.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts is highly desirable.
  • Ability to knowledgeably lead meetings, especially for Early Warnings and other critical discussions.
  • Strong commercial understanding to drive successful outcomes.
