The Vocational Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process for the Apprenticeship and Vocational Training Programmes in the UK.
This role involves reporting recruitment progress data to programme management and coordinating the recruitment process, including desk screening, telephone screening, and video interviews.
The successful candidate will manage the programme-specific recruitment inbox, create systems accounts for successful candidates, and provide recruitment reporting.
This is an office-based role that will join a small administration team in our Milton Keynes office.
