Overview:
A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced NDT Technician to work with a specialist provider in the rail rolling stock industry, based in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on welds, structures, and materials to ensure their integrity and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct NDT inspections on rail rolling stock components to identify defects and anomalies
* Develop and implement NDT procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve NDT-related issues
* Maintain accurate records of NDT inspections and results
Requirements:
* Proven experience in NDT inspection and testing
* Strong knowledge of NDT techniques and procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
