Job Overview

CFA Institute seeks a skilled Contract Manager to oversee our global contracting process, leading high-impact international contracts and working with cross-functional teams.

This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our contract management operations, contributing to projects that span across borders. About the Role:

  • Be the go-to person for all 3rd Party Vendor Contract requests.
  • Draft, edit, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements, ensuring the best outcomes for the organization.
  • Lead and provide oversight to a contract management team, ensuring seamless contract performance and smooth close-out procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract end-to-end management, legal, or procurement, with a global perspective.
  • Experience with contract management systems and advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial contract language, legal terms, and contracting principles.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
