An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Unit Lead to work in a leading care home based in the North Yorkshire area.

This care home offers a range of care services, including residential, nursing, and respite care for individuals who require assistance with daily tasks.

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As the Clinical Unit Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to deliver an excellent standard of care
  • Promoting independence and dignity while enhancing the lives of individuals in our care
  • Supporting the delivery of improvements and driving quality standards to enhance efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines
  • Ensuring a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents, employees, and visitors
  • Supporting the Home Manager and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, ensuring staff supervision, and rotas are in place for efficient home running. They will also have experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services.

The successful Clinical Unit Lead will receive an excellent annual salary of £24.00 per hour and £51,168 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including free meals, ongoing personal development, and career progression opportunities.
