Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead our project teams and manage budgets for construction projects within the leisure, residential, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed cost estimates and analysis for construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and client requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project costs.
  • Monitor project expenditures and provide regular reports on financial performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cost management within the industrial or residential sector.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • An annual performance-related bonus.
  • 28 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years' service and 30 days after 10.
  • 5 days' additional leave purchase scheme.
  • Pension contribution match up to 5%.
