Sustainable Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee and manage the financial aspects of our refurbishment projects in the Northeast region. This role offers a mix of on-site presence and office time, providing variety and balance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and proven experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in refurbishment or construction projects. A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum is offered, along with private healthcare and life assurance scheme.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and process subcontractor claims and valuations
- Handle cost control and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered within budget
- Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to programme requirements and quality standards
- Produce and analyse project costings, budgets, and forecasts
- Attend client meetings and support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships
