Re:Gen Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the delivery of quality projects. The successful candidate will have responsibility for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of assigned projects, from inception to completion.

This role offers a mix of on-site presence (2–4 days per week) and office time (1–2 days) to provide variety and balance. The successful candidate will be based in Sunderland and will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and vibrant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, submit, and manage accurate valuations and applications for payment.
  • Assess and process subcontractor claims and valuations.
  • Handle cost control and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Manage variations and produce cost reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and provide contractual advice as needed.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to programme requirements and quality standards.
  • Produce and analyse project costings, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Attend client meetings and support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
