Veterinary Practice Manager with Clinical Expertise

This is a permanent, full-time role offering an estimated annual salary of £85,000. Work 40 hours per week over four days with 1:3 half weekends. Part-time applications are welcome and we're open to being flexible where possible so let us know what works for you.

MEDIVET Horsford is a spacious, well-equipped hub practice providing exceptional care to patients across a wide range of procedures. The team enjoys specialist equipment access and a mix of small animal and exotic cases (approximately 70% small animal) making this ideal for any vet looking to develop their skills or expand their expertise.

We expect our Veterinary Practice Manager to deliver exceptional performance while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This involves close collaboration with the Practice Manager to drive commercial success through effective allocation of clinical resources and sharing best practices within and across practices.

To succeed in this role, you should possess extensive experience in managing veterinary clinics, delivering strong commercial performance, and leveraging coaching and influencing skills to optimise colleague performance. You will be registered with the RCVS and have a deep understanding of delivering exceptional patient care while driving business growth.
