Our mission is to advance energy efficiency and sustainability through innovative metering solutions, empowering consumers and businesses with accurate, real-time data.

This role involves scheduling appointments on behalf of our clients to install/exchange Smart Meters while maximizing Engineer capacity by outbound calling activity.

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to arrange smart meter installations.
  • Perform data entry and retrieve information using a bespoke database.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely service updates.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of inputting/updating databases.
  • Highly articulate with a clear telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
