Paid Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team in Leeds. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing Paid Media campaigns across various channels, including Search, Social, Display, and Programmatic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Paid Media strategies to drive significant ROI for our clients
  • Manage and optimize Paid Media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Paid Media campaigns with other marketing efforts
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Media

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Media, preferably in a digital or integrated agency environment
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with excellent understanding of Google Analytics and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to lead and manage junior colleagues, with a focus on developing their skills and expertise
