Senior Manager - Global IT Systems

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational success and enablement of future growth of the information technology (IT) systems across the group, supporting all global office and site locations.
  • Develop and implement the Global IT strategy globally, ensuring effective supplier and partner relationships to deliver IT solutions and services in a secure, scalable, reliable, and effective manner.
  • Responsible for the implementation, establishment, and maintenance of solutions while maintaining the continuity of IT systems.
  • Lead project delivery to ensure the success of assigned projects.
Requirements:
  • Cisco CCNA/CCENT certification.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
  • Previous experience as an IT Manager within a multi-site organisation, ideally global and/or with a high degree of change with manufacturing facilities.
  • SaaS and Agile experience preferable.
  • Experience defining, implementing, and improving IT policies and processes.
