Financial Credit Analyst

Elite Employee Ltd is seeking a Financial Credit Analyst to join our team in High Wycombe.
You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring customer accounts, ensuring the collection of overdue debts, and performing credit checks.
As a Financial Credit Analyst, you will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 22 days holiday, company life insurance, pension scheme, and more.
Job Requirements:
- Maintain and monitor customer accounts ensuring the collection of overdue debts.
- Manage emails relating to your assigned customers within the shared Accounts email inbox.
- Chase overdue debt by telephone and email with a strong emphasis on telephone and customer service.
- Deal promptly with queries from customers and have internal communication with sales staff to facilitate query resolution and cash collection.
- Ensure clear notes are maintained on customer accounts for all collection activities and queries.
- Flag overdue accounts to be placed on stop.
- Perform credit checks and open new accounts in NetSuite.
