Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to a child in Year 4 with complex needs, promoting social, emotional, and academic development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing learning environment, fostering a love of learning in all students
Requirements
  • Passion for Primary education and supporting SEND pupils
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with children and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo)
