Job Title: Change Management Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to join our team as a Leading Change Project Worker. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people in our Leading Change programme.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the issues impacting children and young people in care or with care experience. They will be able to engage and communicate effectively with care experienced young people and care leavers, advocating on their behalf and influencing decision-makers.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will work closely with the project team to deliver our youth leadership training programme and co-facilitate group activities.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £22,737 per annum (£9,095 for 15 hours) and a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave plus statutory holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • To effectively engage and communicate with care experienced young people and care leavers.
  • To support participants in the Leading Change project to develop their leadership skills.
  • To assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the Leading Change Project.
