Customer Service Representative- Adviser Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Adviser to join our vibrant and fast-paced Adviser Service Life team.
As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business partners and brokers, ensuring a professional and personable experience in a business-to-business environment.
You will be working collaboratively with the team to build close professional relationships and support the servicing needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include taking inbound calls, communicating via email, and interacting with clients in a professional manner.
Our team is committed to providing the Vitality Experience and working together to achieve our goals.
What We're Looking For- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize workload.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to build professional relationships.
- Computer literacy and ability to use relevant software systems.
