Wildlife Habitat Expert Job Description

We are seeking a Wildlife Habitat Expert to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Nature business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ecological services on a range of projects across the UK and Ireland.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex environmental challenges. Your expertise in ecology will help us deliver projects that meet our clients' needs and contribute to our mission of creating a better world.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in an ecology-related job role in the public and/or private sector. You should also have knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and ecological survey methodologies, as well as field skills with experience in botanical identification including Phase1/ UKHab and/or protected species surveys.
