We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapy Consultant to join our Pain Therapies team in Northern England. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimum therapy outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

As a Clinical Therapy Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices. You will provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics, perform trouble-shooting functions, and resolve customer issues in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices
  • Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics
  • Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts
  • Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical, and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts
  • Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs
  • Provide data in line with the weekly business demands

Requirements

  • Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience)
  • Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Driving licence
