About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Westward Care. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience in care and support, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
